Olga Titus
Studio West-Ausstellung Nr. 4

Olga Titus' room-filling installation transforms Studio West into a psychedelic garden full of impressions, glitter, color and visions. The walls are covered with printed mesh, which turns the room into a tropical landscape of longing. Walks through Titus' imagery are not naive or romantic, but rather confrontational and overflowing. The artist plays with clichés and stirs up. The sequin pictures, which are laid like a second layer on the colorful banners, as well as the video works complement the wall works to create a holistic experience that challenges conventional categorizations. In this cosmos there are no limits - only hybrid spaces.
