Gap Art makes something out of nothing. From the latency within vacancy, it draws forth lines that turn into a succession of shapes and colors, impart patterns to space, then return to the void. Gap Art cultivates an awareness of the interstitium, the space between things. It sees both borders and backgrounds, senses distance along with presence, discovers the breaks that are inherent to difference to be openings into a dynamic expanse where thoughts and objects emerge and disappear in perpetual transformation.
